Customisation

The multimedia content is easy to customise and can be changed to include an organisation's specific policies, procedures and terminology. Additionally the content can be changed to reflect an organisation's corporate branding.

Some organisations may have an existing user awareness presentation, or a specific information security issue that needs to be presented to members of staff. Bespoke multimedia content can be developed and deployed in InfoAware.

Links to relevant documents (such as policy documents, Acceptable Use Agreements etc.) can be inserted so that users can view these documents as they watch relevant parts of the video.

Additionally, a video introduction by, for example, the CEO of the organisation can be inserted at the beginning of the video.
